Types of Testing
VISUAL INSPECTION
Keeps surfaces free of erosion, corrosion, and irregularities. Our visual inspection includes a complete assessment of inside bores in all flowline equipment, terminal connections, and seal surfaces.

ULTRASONIC WALL THICKNESS MEASUREMENT
The UT process measures multiple critical areas in each piece of high-pressure iron to detect erosion and ensure that acceptable specifications are met.

MAGNETIC PARTICLE TEST
We induce a magnetic field in each component, and then apply particles suspended in a wet format. The MPI test is able to detect rounding, cracks, and other discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials.

PRESSURE TEST
Pressure testing can be done up to the capacity for each piece of iron.
